Spaksmannsspjarir

Spaksmannsspjarir is one of the most established fashion companies in Iceland, founded 1993 by the design duo Björg Ingadóttir and Vala Torfadóttir.

The companies goal is to design classic utillitarian, yet beautiful and unique clothes that can be worn for years, rather than trend based pieces.

We are extremely concious of the amount of energy used in garment prouduction. One of our main aims is to lessen our eco-footprint by using high-quality textiles and not creating mass-produced garments following the international "fashion game" of designing for seasons. For us, its about quality, not quantity.
